Veterans Education (VetEd) Reimbursement Grant
Tuition reimbursement after course completion for veterans with household income below $50,000.

Details
Eligibility
Must achieve at least 2.0 GPA per semester. Household income must be below $50,000 (plus $1,000 per dependent beyond two). Credit/semester limits based on active duty length: 90-180 days = 30 credits/2 semesters; 181-730 days = 60 credits/4 semesters; 731+ days = 120 credits/8 semesters. Applications must be received within 60 days of course start. Veterans must not have already earned a bachelor's degree. Reimbursement reduced by other grants/scholarships already covering tuition. Standard veteran eligibility (honorable discharge, WI residency, qualifying service).
Covers
Tuition and fees reimbursement (lesser of actual paid or UW-Madison undergraduate rate) after successful course completion at UW institutions, Wisconsin Technical College System, or approved private institutions.
