Eligibility
Active, satisfactory participant in a PA National Guard unit in good standing. Enrolled in degree- or certificate-granting program at an approved PA institution. Minimum 12 credits/semester for full-time award (minimum 3 credits/year). Must execute a 6-year service commitment. All ranks eligible; no financial need requirement.
