About this benefit
Overview
Eligibility (granted by PA law under federal Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act):
(1) Nonresident active-duty service members stationed in PA and living in PA, plus their dependents.
(2) Veterans using VA educational benefits who live in PA.
(3) Students using transferred VA benefits who live in PA.
No length-of-residency requirement. 90+ days honorable active duty, with DD-214 Member-4 copy required.
