Eligibility
Honorably discharged; NM resident at time of entry into Armed Forces OR lived in NM for 10+ years; awarded a campaign medal for service after August 1, 1990 (e.g., Southwest Asia Service Medal, Global War on Terror Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal).
Covers
Tuition, required fees, and books at any NM state-funded post-secondary institution (undergraduate, master's, or doctoral). Renewable annually with satisfactory academic progress.
