Eligibility
Child aged 16-26; parent was a veteran who was a NM resident at time of entry into Armed Forces; parent entered service during World War I or II or a period of armed conflict and was killed in action or died of another cause during the conflict or as a result of that service. Also covers children of NM National Guard members killed while on state active duty and of NM State Police members killed while on active duty.
