Eligibility
Honorably discharged; NM resident at time of entry OR lived in NM 10+ years; awarded a Vietnam Campaign Medal for service during August 5, 1964 through the official termination of the Vietnam conflict.

Tuition at any NM state-funded post-secondary school, plus reimbursement for books and fees. Renewable annually with satisfactory progress.
