Eligibility
Child must be under age 27 on the first day of the term. Veteran parent must be rated 100% totally and permanently disabled by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and must have been domiciled in NH at the time of entering military service or at the time of the 100% disability determination, AND must currently be a NH resident (or have been at time of death). The child must complete the FAFSA and have exhausted all available Ch. 33 Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits and other federally funded military tuition assistance first.
