Eligibility

Served in armed combat in a full-time capacity under a call to active service authorized by the President or Secretary of Defense for more than 30 consecutive days after September 11, 2001. DD214 must reflect combat theater service, combat service medals, or receipt of imminent danger/hostile fire pay. Honorably discharged. Eligible to register to vote in Missouri or a current Missouri resident.

Must achieve and maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
