Eligibility
Served on active duty in a designated combat zone after September 11, 2001, for 30+ consecutive days. DD214 must reflect combat theater service, combat service medals, or receipt of imminent danger/hostile fire pay. Honorably discharged. Missouri resident when first entering military or eligible to vote in Missouri.
Undergraduate
$50/credit hour; must apply within 10 years of last discharge. Graduate: no more than 30% of tuition and fees; must apply within 20 years of last discharge (excludes professional degrees such as law, medicine, veterinary). Must maintain 2.5 GPA.
