Section 173.900, RSMo (established 2008, amended 2019).
Eligibility
Served in armed combat in a full-time capacity under a call to active service authorized by the President or Secretary of Defense for more than 30 consecutive days after September 11, 2001. DD214 must reflect combat theater service, combat service medals, or receipt of imminent danger/hostile fire pay. Honorably discharged. Missouri resident when first entering military or eligible to vote in Missouri.
Undergraduate
tuition capped at $50/credit hour; must apply within 10 years of last discharge. Graduate (master's/doctoral): no more than 30% of tuition and fees; must apply within 20 years of last discharge (excludes professional degrees such as law, medicine, veterinary). Must achieve and maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
