Eligibility

Veterans using Chapter 30 (Montgomery GI Bill-AD) or Chapter 33 (Post-9/11 GI Bill, including transferees), Fry Scholarship, or Chapter 35 (DEA) recipients qualify for in-state tuition while living in Missouri and attending a Missouri institution after at least 90 days of active duty service. Federal basis: Section 1005 of P.L. 116-315 (Isakson and Roe Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2020).
