Eligibility
Veteran who has exhausted all federal GI Bill benefits through use (not expiration) and has not yet earned a bachelor's degree. Must be a Minnesota resident (30+ days with intent to remain).
One-time grant of $750 toward tuition, paid to the institution or reimbursed upon verification.
