Eligibility
Veterans qualifying under federal Section 702 of the Veterans Choice Act of 2014 (and certain spouses/dependents using GI Bill benefits) are charged in-state tuition at MN public institutions. Graduate-school resident rate is restricted: the veteran must have been a Minnesota resident on entering military service AND enroll within 2 years of completing service (per the Minnesota Office of Higher Education page).
