30% or greater service-connected disability rating with VA or U.S. armed forces certification issued within the preceding year. Must meet minimum qualifications for the vacant classified state position.
Eligible for non-competitive direct appointment under MN Statute 43A.111. The appointing authority is not required to interview any other person.
