Domiciled (home of record) in Massachusetts for at least 6 months immediately before entering the military (or before activation for Reserve/Guard). Served during a wartime period or participated in a combat operation. Discharge under honorable conditions. Out-of-state students or out-of-state active-duty stationed in MA do NOT qualify. Family members of deceased veterans may also be eligible.
