Eligibility
Kentucky resident veterans with 50% or greater service-connected VA disability rating. Must obtain a disability license authorization number (valid for 3 years) by submitting a VA Benefits Summary Letter.
Covers
For $12/year, includes: Combination Hunting and Fishing License, all Deer Permits, Spring and Fall Turkey Permits, Kentucky Migratory Bird/Waterfowl Permit, and Trout Permit. A non-disabled resident would pay approximately $95-$190+ for equivalent licenses/permits, so savings of roughly $80-$175/year.
