Eligibility
Colorado resident veteran with 50% or more service-connected disability rating, OR Purple Heart recipient. Honorable discharge required. Must have been a Colorado resident for at least 6 months and hold a valid Colorado driver license. Must provide VA letter confirming rating.

Free lifetime combination small game hunting and fishing license. Exempt from purchasing Habitat Stamp annually. Big game tags still require separate draw applications.
