Overview
Eligibility (per C.R.S. 33-4-104): Active or retired armed forces members while stationed as resident patients at a U.S. armed forces hospital/convalescent station in Colorado; resident patients at a VA hospital in Colorado; persons assigned to a Warrior Transition Battalion; OR any Colorado resident who is totally and permanently disabled as determined by the Social Security Administration or the Colorado Division of Labor Standards and Statistics. Service-connected disabled veterans should generally use the separate lifetime small game and fishing combo license benefit instead.
