Wyoming resident with 50% or greater service-connected VA disability rating.
Covers
Free day use and camping at all Wyoming state parks, archaeological sites, recreation areas, and free entrance to state historic sites. Hangtag may be used in any vehicle as long as the veteran pass holder is present. Valid as long as the veteran maintains Wyoming residency. Excludes free camping at Hot Springs State Park.
