Free lifetime license for fishing, bird hunting, and small game hunting. Conservation Stamp is also waived. Big game (elk, deer, antelope) is NOT included in the free license, but eligible disabled veterans may receive big game tags through the Wyoming Game & Fish donated license program.
How to apply
Apply in person at Wyoming Game and Fish Department Headquarters (Cheyenne) or regional offices. Must bring VA disability documentation and DD-214.
