Eligibility
Was a Wyoming resident for at least 1 year prior to entering active service. Honorably discharged. Awarded the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal or other authorized service/campaign medal for service in a foreign armed conflict. Surviving spouses and dependents (under age 22) of combat veterans who died during active service also qualify.
Covers
Free tuition for up to 8 semesters (full- or part-time) at the University of Wyoming or any Wyoming community college. Must use within 8 academic years of first receiving the benefit.
