Who is eligible
Eligibility
Was a Wyoming resident for at least 1 year prior to entering active service. Honorably discharged. Awarded the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal or other authorized service/campaign medal for service in a foreign armed conflict. Surviving spouses and dependents of combat veterans who died during active service also qualify (see W.S. 19-14-106 for dependent age limits).

Tuition only (fees no longer covered for participants enrolled summer 2018 or later) for up to 8 semesters (full- or part-time) at the University of Wyoming or any Wyoming community college. Must use within an 8-year period of first receiving the benefit.
