Eligibility
Served on active duty 90+ days (one during wartime) OR 2+ years peacetime / full initial obligation. Discharged under honorable conditions. Must have entered service from Wisconsin OR resided in Wisconsin for 12 consecutive months since discharge. Spouses (including widows/widowers) and Gold Star Parents may reside; spouse must enter while veteran is at the facility or after veteran's death.

Skilled nursing and assisted living care at King, Chippewa Falls, and Union Grove. Cost depends on per diem reimbursement, VA, Medicare/Medicaid, and SC rating; contact the facility billing office for current rate.
