Eligibility

Served on active duty 90+ days (one during wartime) OR 2+ years peacetime / full initial obligation. Discharged under honorable conditions. Must have entered service from Wisconsin OR resided in Wisconsin for 12 consecutive months since discharge. Spouses (including widows/widowers) and Gold Star Parents may reside; spouse must enter while veteran is at the facility or after veteran's death.
