Overview

Eligibility (per RCW 28B.15.621): Washington domiciliary (resident). Active or reserve member of U.S. military or National Guard called to active duty. Must have served in active federal service (Title 10 or Title 32) in a war or conflict on foreign soil, in international waters, or in support thereof. If discharged, must have a qualifying (honorable) discharge.

Covers

State universities and community/technical colleges are authorized to waive all or a portion of tuition and fees. Each institution sets its own program details. A $500/year textbook stipend may also be available if funded by the legislature.
