Eligibility
Honorably discharged after a period of active duty (not active duty for training), OR have a service-connected disability certified by the VA. Bona fide PA resident. Must demonstrate clear, direct, and immediate financial need. Must not be receiving sufficient monetary assistance from other agencies for the same need.
