Eligibility
Active duty for 30+ days in PA National Guard, any Armed Forces Reserve component, or active-duty military. Also members in good standing of PA National Guard/Reserve for 3 years after 30+ days active duty with financial need related to service. Eligible family members may also apply. Must demonstrate qualifying financial need.
