Eligibility
Service-connected disabled veterans (apply through Oregon Parks and Recreation Department). Valid for 10 years.
Covers
Free parking at day-use fee parks and free camping (tent, RV, or standard horse camp) — up to 4 nights at a time at a single park, with a 4-nights-per-month total cap.
Does NOT cover
Yurts, cabins, special facilities, $10 reservation fee, $10/night second-vehicle charge, or $10 dump station fee.
