Oregon resident for 6+ months; veteran with VA service-connected disability rating of 25%+ (applied at 30% under VA increments). Also eligible for $29 discounted elk tag. Veterans rated 65%+ may apply for the Disabilities Hunting and Fishing Permit.
Covers
Combination license (hunting, fishing, shellfish) plus Columbia Basin Endorsement and Ocean Endorsement.
