Eligibility
Oregon resident veteran as defined in ORS 408.225. Must be enrolled in an approved program (approved for Chapter 30, 32, or 33 GI Bill benefits — university, community college, HECC-licensed career school, BOLI-registered apprenticeship, or public employer OJT). Can also be used to pay off student account debt (up to $5,000) preventing registration.
