Eligibility
Children (up to age 23 for bachelor's) and unremarried spouses of service members who: (a) died on active duty or as a result of active duty injury, OR (b) became 100% permanently disabled due to military service.
Covers
Tuition (excluding fees) for associate, bachelor's, or master's degree at any Oregon public institution.
