Eligibility
Applicant must be 16-24 years old, an Ohio resident, enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at an eligible Ohio college/university, and maintain a 2.0 GPA. Parent must be a deceased or severely disabled veteran who served during a period of declared war or conflict. Honorable discharge required for the parent.
Covers
Public institutions: 77% of tuition and general fees. Private institutions: $6,330 annual award.
Application deadline
May 15 annually.
Required documents
DD-214, VA disability rating letter, death certificate (if applicable).
