Details

Eligibility

Veterans with at least one year of active military service and an honorable discharge (or medical separation related to service), plus active duty, guard, and reserve service members. Spouses and dependents of qualifying veterans also qualify. Both the veteran and any spouse/dependent seeking residency must establish Ohio domicile by the first day of enrollment (exception for KIA/MIA/POW families).
