Members in good standing of the North Dakota National Guard, subject to rules adopted by the adjutant general.
Covers
Per NDCC 37-07.1 (National Guard Tuition Waiver Act), qualifying members receive a 25% waiver of the normal registration/tuition fee at state-controlled schools. Note: NDSU and some other institutions reference a 35% figure tied to SBHE Policy 820, but the statute and the ND Department of Veterans Affairs page cite 25%.
