Eligibility
Active duty between December 31, 1960 and May 7, 1975. NJ resident at induction OR at discharge OR for 2 years immediately prior to application. Honorable discharge required.
Covers
Tuition credit up to $400/year (full-time) or $200/year (part-time) at any New Jersey public institution of higher education, including county colleges, state colleges/universities, and Rutgers.

Administered by the NJ DMAVA Veterans Benefits Bureau (609-530-6949, vbb@dmava.nj.gov). Submit application form with DD-214 and proof of NJ residency.
