Eligibility
Honorably discharged veteran who owns the business, OR business at least 50% owned by one or more honorably discharged veterans. Business must be created on or after July 1, 2023 (per AB 306, 2023).
Covers
Waiver of the initial state business license fee AND renewal fees for the first 5 years. Standard fee is $200/year for LLCs and most entity types ($500/year for corporations), so savings total $1,000-$2,500 over 5 years. File via SilverFlume portal (nvsilverflume.gov).
