Eligibility
Enlisted members of the Nebraska National Guard (commissioned and warrant officers generally not eligible, except those who used the program before commissioning). Must have completed basic military training/MOS training. Must agree to serve 3 additional years after course completion. Limited to 1,200 members per state fiscal year (July 1 - June 30).
Covers
100% tuition for the first baccalaureate degree at any Nebraska state-supported institution (capped at the state public rate at independent institutions). Graduate/professional degrees are NOT covered (members who already hold a baccalaureate are ineligible).
