Eligibility
Minnesota resident who served during the preceding 24 months in federal active service outside the United States as a member of the National Guard, or as a reserve component or active-duty member of the U.S. armed forces, and has been discharged.
Free small game hunting and fishing without a license (no state stamps required; federal duck stamp required for waterfowl). One free deer license per year. Must carry official military discharge papers.
