Eligibility
Total service-connected disability (per MN Statute 168.012 subd. 13). Up to two motor vehicles registered concurrently (passenger auto, one-ton pickup, motorcycle, or recreational vehicle). Exempt from registration taxes, administrative fees, filing fees and surcharges, plate, validation sticker, and transfer fees. Exemptions do NOT include personalized plate fees or special-plate contributions. Also applies when jointly registered with a spouse or domestic partner.
