Honorably discharged veterans with a 50% or greater (but less than 100%) service-connected VA disability rating.
Covers
Specialty Disabled Veteran plate with a $26 initial fee and $26 renewal fee. (A 2023 bill, HB55, that would have waived the fee for 50%+ disabled veterans died in committee and did not become law.)

Apply at local County Clerk office with VA authorization.
