Eligibility (per Idaho Code 33-3717B): (a) Active-duty members of the U.S. armed forces who entered service as Idaho residents and have maintained Idaho resident status; (b) members of the armed forces stationed in Idaho on military orders; (c) members of the Idaho National Guard; (d) veterans separated under honorable conditions who served at least two (2) years, either designated Idaho as intended domicile at separation or had Idaho as home of record, enroll within one (1) year of separation, and actively establish Idaho domicile within one (1) year of matriculation. Dependent children receiving 50%+ support from a qualifying military member retain resident status even if the member is transferred out of Idaho.
