Any honorably discharged veteran with DD-214.
Covers
The "Veteran" designation is free when added at original issuance, renewal, or other change to the license. Replacement DLs solely to add the Veteran designation are also free. Standard renewal/issuance fees still apply otherwise. Can be used as proof of veteran status for discounts and services.
