Eligibility
Active member of a federally recognized unit of the Delaware National Guard in good standing. Must commit to a minimum of 6 years of service. Once benefits begin, they must be used within 15 years.
Covers (per Del. Code Title 14 §3480): Up to 100% reimbursement of tuition and fees for one certificate, one associate, and one bachelor's degree. A master's degree is reimbursable only after all undergraduate funding has been paid (not guaranteed). Value at University of Delaware could exceed $60,000 over 4 years.
