About this benefit
Eligibility
Children of military members killed on active duty, who died from disease/wounds/injuries/disabilities resulting from duty, or children of POW/MIA service members. Child must be between ages 16 and 24 and a Delaware resident for at least 3 consecutive years.
Covers
Up to 4 years of tuition and fees at a Delaware state university.
