Eligibility
Current members of the Colorado National Guard (CONG). Must be accepted to a Designated Institution of Higher Education (DIHE) in Colorado and establish/document Colorado in-state residency. No additional service obligation required regardless of rank. Must maintain satisfactory readiness requirements.
Covers
Up to 100% of in-state tuition (not mandatory fees, textbooks, or other expenses) at Colorado state institutions for undergraduate or graduate credit-bearing courses within an approved degree plan. Credit-hour caps under SB 25-247: 65 credit hours at a designated 2-year institution, 130 credit hours at a designated 4-year institution, and no more than 145 credit hours combined if attending both. Replaced the prior State Tuition Assistance program effective July 1, 2025.
