Eligibility
Natural children (born or conceived of the qualifying parent) of service members declared POW or MIA, OR children of Colorado National Guard members killed or permanently disabled while on state active duty or authorized training duty. Must enroll in DTAP before age 24, maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA, and complete the FAFSA annually. Application window is March 1 through June 30 each year.
