Eligibility

Business must be at least 51% owned by one or more disabled veterans (10%+ service-connected VA disability rating). LLCs must be wholly owned by disabled veterans. Owner must be a California resident. Daily operations must be managed/controlled by one or more disabled veterans. Home office must be in the U.S.
