Active duty completed initial obligation, or discharged/released under conditions other than dishonorable. Served in U.S. armed forces, reserves, Public Health Service, NOAA, or as a cadet at a military academy. Must close within 25 years of discharge date. For owner-occupied single-family residence. Veterans must meet AHFC "State Vet" income limits to qualify for the rate reduction.
