Eligibility
Served at least 90 days active duty (unless shortened by disability or early separation after overseas tour). Honorable or general discharge under honorable conditions. Alaska resident for at least one year preceding date of sale. Age 18 or older. Must have DD-214 (active duty not eligible). One-time, lifetime benefit.
Covers
25% discount on the purchase price of state-offered residential/recreational land. Does not apply to survey costs, road development, or utility assessments.
