Eligibility
One of the following must apply: (1) served on active duty and received a discharge under honorable conditions; (2) completed initial obligated service in Reserves/National Guard with honorable discharge; or (3) served with special guerrilla units in Laos (Feb 28, 1961 - Sept 18, 1978). Active duty for training alone does not qualify.
