About this benefit
Eligibility
Honorable discharge from U.S. Armed Forces. Virginia residency at time of admission OR at time of entry into active-duty service. Must meet medical requirements for nursing home-level care. Payment source required (VA, Medicaid, Medicare, private pay/insurance).
