Veterans separated within the last 5 years OR current military members (Active Duty, Reserve, or Guard) eligible for a VA Home Loan Certificate of Eligibility. Must be a first-time homebuyer in Utah (prior out-of-state ownership does not disqualify). Home must be occupied as primary residence within 30 days of closing. Works with VA loans or any other conforming loan product (FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac). Dual military/veteran couples are eligible for only one grant.
