Eligibility
Honorably discharged veteran in need of skilled level of care. Must be a TN resident at time of admission OR have a TN connection (TN birthplace, enlistment location, home of record, or family caregiver in TN). Spouses and Gold Star parents eligible on space-available basis.
Locations
Clarksville, Cleveland, Humboldt, Knoxville, Murfreesboro. (A sixth facility in Arlington has been announced but verify operational status before assuming admissions.)
