Eligibility
Honorably discharged veteran in need of skilled nursing care. Must satisfy at least one of: TN resident at time of admission; TN birthplace; entered U.S. Armed Forces in TN; TN listed as Home of Record on military documents; or immediate family member serving as primary caregiver who is a TN resident. DD-214 required prior to admission. Spouses and Gold Star parents eligible on space-available basis (spouses must provide marriage certificate or death certificate if widowed).
