Overview
Eligibility (TCA 49-7-1304): Veteran or other individual eligible for VA-administered educational benefits who is (1) enrolled in any Tennessee public institution of higher education, (2) utilizing such benefits at the enrolling institution, and (3) living in Tennessee, regardless of formal state of residency. When these criteria are met, the student is exempt from out-of-state tuition or out-of-state fees.
